Working With Me – Therapy & Counselling in Essex
If you’ve been listening to all the podcasts, following every piece of mental health advice, and still find yourself feeling anxious or burnt out, you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where the noise of outside guidance makes it harder — not easier — to hear their own inner voice.
Therapy offers a quiet space to reconnect with that voice.
My role is to support you in rediscovering your inner wisdom so you can move through challenges with clarity and confidence. Real change happens within the safety of a therapeutic relationship — a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, understand what drives you, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.
Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-understanding, renewed motivation, and the sense of growth and healing you’ve been seeking.
What to expect – Sessions run at your pace. Some days we will talk about coping techniques and tools, other days we’ll make space for what’s going on.
